We are starting a jamming session at the music studio.  All ages welcome.  As soon as we have about 5 members we will collaborate and decide which day would be the best to meet.

Please call and leave message and let us know what instrument you would like to play and we will put your name on the list and call you when we have a group.

This is just for fun and just for musicians that would like to have a place to play their instrument with others.

Poseidon Polo is a water polo training program for high school youth (incoming 9th grade and up) serving youth from all parts of San Diego County. Our main focus is the youth of East County. At SEC, we are first and foremost humanitarians. Performing rescue is our privilege and a permanent club goal. Our mission for members is to provide a dignified facility for member horses and to offer a supportive interest group for non-owners. We are exclusive and custom size our stalls to a limited number of boarders.

Constructive community service is a founding VFW tenet with volunteerism benefiting education, the environment, health sciences and civic projects.
