These particularly should be altered so as to reduce the stress on the body and minimise or eliminate body aches and pains. The desk should also be able to store the tools you need in such a manner that they can simply be reached when you want them without needing to bend or stretch. This minimizes both psychological and physical stress since you aren’t distracted by requiring to find out where you put the stapler or paper clips.

Actually having even a fundamental understanding of PC ergonomics can be of acute value to today’s office worker.
